中午入住，当天下午临时有变故要退房，大约5点一刻去前台的。被告知要算全天房价，没有半天的。最搞笑的是，我只放了个行李，就出门办事去了。房间一样没动。所以说酒店的人性化服务也很重要，这么死板的作风，是会赶客人的，下次不会来住，也不推荐。
