房間空間夠大，但設施與其名不匹配的，如中央空調聲音很大、窗戶隔音效果也很一般。實際就是一快捷酒店的水準，總體是不值這个價的。唯一想贊賞的是七樓的柯大姐，服務細致周到，要不是她，我對這家的評分會更低。

设施完善，服务较好，唯一不足就是地铁站有点偏远，要穿过一个家属小区才到打铁站，公交到是蛮方便的，出门几十米的地方就到了。
