酒店最大的优势就是位置好，在景区相对靠中心的地方，出门就是于谦故里，去龙井村和花岗观鱼就二十多分钟。也是因为在景区，道路比较窄，遇到旅游季节人车混行，比较乱。
酒店建的时间比较早，又是什么总工会的培训中心，所以客人多。房间略显老旧，客房服务还算热情，但比起连锁酒店品牌来还有差距。饭菜质量还可以，但服务对不起这价格！吃了两次，一次是晚上七点，一次是中午十二点，就两三桌散客，不知为什么四十分钟才上菜，一次还有个凉了的菜！问原因说是没找着服务员。无语！希望以后要能再来会有改善。
