酒店距离萧山高速出口比较近，出入还挺方便。服务很好、很及时。但由于是过年期间去的，用餐得走到对面的东方休闲酒店用餐，能理解和接受但可能给人的感觉不是很舒适。酒店的中餐厅味道很不错，也不是很贵。我们一共订了3间房，其中有一间的饮用水有问题，偏黄浑浊。以为本来就是这样的，也没跟酒店反应，离店的时候发现另外2间房的饮用水是清澈的。顿时汗啊～～～喝了3天，晕。反正喝都喝了，最后跟酒店也反应了，希望酒店能改进检察机制。

酒店设施不错，交通也比较方便。服务总体也可以，只是周边服务设施不咋样，就餐不便。在酒店内的餐饮价格偏贵，自带的红酒还必须要收开瓶费，令人不爽。
