位置比较偏，附近没有什么吃的,服务特别好，房间也很漂亮，英伦风很喜欢，有两个硬伤，春节期间人太多，水不热，洗了个偏冷的澡不舒服，还有隔音效果不好。酒店提供免费的下午茶不错。

酒店位置偏僻，晚上11点以后热水变温水，洗澡冻死，早上说好早饭10点结束，8点半过去什么都没了，切片面包，白粥都没有，住了2天早饭都是如此，卫生不错，但是以后不会入住，不推荐

很满意的酒店，从入住开始无微不至的服务令我们一行人非常感动，酒店接待生每次到达就会帮忙开车，提行李，离店会贴心的送我们上车！此行加上2个小朋友一共8人，第一天所有早餐都给我们免费。让我们全家都不好意思啦！管家邵美女更是热情服务，在所入住的楼层等候我们，一路微笑服务，给邵美女点赞～另外酒店设施都是高科技，洗浴用品都异常高级，处处彰显美豪酒店的品质服务。一次完美的出行源于酒店给予的优质服务，感谢贵酒店体贴入微的服务，让我们有宾至如归的感觉！
