入住的英伦双床房，室内装修与酒店展示图片一样，是我喜欢的风格。酒店提供免费的上午茶和下午茶，有水果、果汁和话梅、瓜子等小零食。早餐品种算是比较丰富的，但午餐和晚餐只有简餐，品种较少。服务堪比五星，有服务员主动引导停车、拿行李；并且退房后，也有服务员帮着把行李一直送上车。住店期间，不小心碰坏了一个小花瓶，退房时跟店家讲，也没有要赔偿，真的好大度。这种服务比上回住西湖国宾馆还要好，关键是价格还这么亲民！下回来杭州，必须还是要住美豪啊！

第一次选择美豪酒店，非常满意，原本计划住一天，毫不犹豫的又续住了两天，房间设施一应俱全、服务态度和蔼可亲，细节决定成败，在这里最能体现出来
