新开的酒店，环境不错，温馨简约的英伦风，房间干净整洁舒适。电视用的是投影大幕布，唯一一点就是不够清晰，其他都很好。酒店员工的服务特别好，印象最深刻，给了我们很多意外的惊喜。特别是门口保安及客服管家艳丽。保安大哥的礼貌礼节很好，服务主动热情。客服管家艳丽，脸上总挂着亲切的笑容，在住店期间，给予了我们非常细致周到的管家式服务，离店前还非常贴心的为我们准备了携带的茶饮，是一名非常优秀的客服管家，很感谢。

我们定的房型有点小，不太适合亲子，尤其是小宝宝，也没有婴儿床。洗刷台在卫生间外面，镜子灯的按钮指示灯和logo一整夜都亮着，影响睡眠。还有门口是自动灯，去上个厕所就会亮，影响宝宝睡觉。服务态度是蛮好的。设计有待改善。

很好的一次入住体验，服务生很热情，房间设施新且布置温馨，床睡得很舒服。到店晚上8点多还有免费的下午茶，真的有家的感觉。但没看到传说中的水果接宾。

宾馆位置还不错，有单独的停车场，服务员超级热情，离浙大也不算太远。有免费的下午茶，坐在窗口喝喝茶，感觉很不错！
