位置很好，下楼从商城出门，商城很大，有四个部分，外婆家等都在楼里，出门是杭州展览馆，窗外有大运河，总之眼界很开阔，没有市中心的拥挤感，房内设施齐全，洗漱用品高档，缺点是付费东西摆放过多，这个房型浴缸就在床边。窗帘是自动的

酒店整体很好。
但是前台服务太差。
晚上想吃水果叫了外卖，外卖到的时候我在上厕所不方便下楼取。
叫前台代收一下，前台不管，也不让外卖上楼，必须住客下楼去取。
态度极端恶劣。

酒店早餐太品种太少！咖啡就是水啊！一定咖啡味道都没有！冰箱太老了，冰饮料一点也不冰！我们的楼层比较矮，所以卫生间几乎没发开窗帘！可惜了好太阳！
