杭城比较高端的酒店，已经入住多次。豪华大床房楼层安排一般会高些，极目远眺，风景不错，可以看到西湖一角以及远处的玉皇山。房间内设施齐全，服务员待客也很客气，就是网速需要改善，5M不到的速度与形象不符啊。

9324，我遇到过服务态度最差的前台，招待所的前台都比他客气，有礼貌。这杭州大厦就是摆了一个牛X的大爷做前台。酒店硬件老，没办法。前台这样缺少礼貌服务的人就不要放前台了吧！附近很多酒店，跟雷迪森那样国际标准五星级的差距简直天与地，旁边四星级瑞豪，浙江大酒店都没这样的问题！

9324工号，服务态度超级差！还五星级？跟他打交道那不是气死才怪……我帮老板订的房间，老板退房后，一般都是我晚一点来开票。9324坚决不肯，我出示了易龙订房证明，他也不鸟。牛气哄哄的！非要我老板本人跟他说，我说老板已经走了。要么我告诉他电话，他来打过去核实，9324又不肯打电话。这摆明了就是想为难客人！垃圾五星级服务！
