卫生糟糕，地毯上和被子上都是头发，地毯更是脏的一塌糊涂，说到服务就火大，晚上让拿两瓶水上来，我说可以自己付钱，居然跟我说没有说，结果早上的前台告诉我是有的，这算什么服务！

卫生糟糕，地毯上和被子上都是头发，地毯更是脏的一塌糊涂，说到服务就火大，晚上让拿两瓶水上来，我说可以自己付钱，居然跟我说没有说，结果早上的前台告诉我是有的，这算什么服务！
