简直差到不能！办理入住只给了电梯卡，电梯键也不好使，好不容易走一段楼梯到房间门却怎么都刷不开，打电话问说写错楼层了应该在9楼，吭哧从八楼上九楼，还是不对！下去找前台，才知道没给房卡！用的是电梯卡！拿了房卡问这回不会再出错了吧？说可以了，上去刷卡还**刷不开！打电话又让下去！下 ***！我说你们派人上来！一个小伙子值班的上来看确实刷不开！又等他回来把门打开，估计卡感应坏掉了！押金200居然不给押金条！再说第二天早上吃早餐，就**给一张票，吃饭还要出门左拐，回来退房，前台自己押金单子又找不到！太差了！艺龙上定个这么差酒店！

非常好,很满意,开始给了我个没浴缸的房间,要求换有浴缸的,态度很好,给我换了,我喜欢泡澡,一天两次,很高兴.价格也便宜.
