酒店位置非常好，离西湖和河坊街都很近。后面是吴山公交站，去各个景点都方便。酒店服务也非常好，每天都送水果和牛奶，有需求客服都及时回应。

这个酒店的位置挺好的，就在柳岸闻莺这个景区附近，坐电瓶车很方便，我们今天坐电瓶车游了一圈，感觉挺好的。

见过的最差的这个级别的酒店，住的最大的两室一厅套房，空调不制冷，设备陈旧，特别差评的是餐厅，吃早餐点的馄饨，煮完直接给别人了，然后一回头，拿好放桌上的餐就被服务员收了
