位置非常好，出门就是吴山公交枢纽，步行十分钟到西湖，酒店软件不错，每天都有送牛奶和水果，冰箱的饮料也全部都是赠送的，硬件方面有待加强，天花板还有蜘蛛网，空调一开蜘蛛网随风飘摇，很是惊悚
