外边看酒店一般，入住后发现是很好的酒店。面积大，卫生好，还送点水果。早餐样数不多。地点也好，去胡雪岩故居走路就可以

酒店位置不错，逛到西湖一路店面也比较多，挺热闹；酒店在四楼，一楼门口两个男服务员态度非常好，上下车都会帮忙开车门 取行李，连宝宝推车都帮忙打开推到酒店里面；前台服务态度也挺好；我定的商务大床，房间挺大，这个价位在西湖附近应该定不到了吧，阳台有几张藤椅和茶几，房间跟图片一样东西挺齐全；每天送几样水果和两瓶牛奶 两瓶矿泉水；早餐在六楼餐厅，吃的很丰富；总之本次入住非常满意

地址理位置非常好，靠近西湖景区，走路几分钟可到景区。房间大，卫生环境好。门童服务特别好，下次可以再次入住。
