从入住开始，就能感受到杭州人的热情和知心。前台服务人员彬彬有礼，楼层干净整洁。整理好行囊，便开始抄近路走去西湖，仅用五分钟左右就到了。晚上回到酒店，儿子要用怡宝水，前前后后麻烦四次门口执勤店员，每次都耐心解答。第二天早上打扫卫生的阿姨，更是手脚麻利，物品摆放到位。阿姨打扫卫生，中规中矩，没有网络上相传的那些事，我觉人与人之间还是要有信任的！酒店更加贴心的是，看到我们带孩子游玩，不论是矿泉水还是水果，都给我们准备较多较好！我不是写手，只是一个母亲的真实留言！如果暑假还来杭城，那么必定首选吴山！回家的感觉！

离西湖柳浪闻莺景点很近，步行5分钟，酒店有地下停车场，免费停车，房间干净整洁，送矿泉水和水果，还有牛奶，服务热情，自助餐到早上十点，很贴心！
