一向很难弄的老爸连连夸赞这家的贴心，提供喷发胶，早饭选择多，旁边就是公交站，走几步就是高银美食街，清河坊街和南宋御街，出门就可以爬个吴山，简直完美。

酒店地理位置优越，离西湖和银泰百货都很近，步行10分钟之内即可到达。吃饭购物娱乐都很方便。 我订的是观景房，晚上打开窗户一眼眺望，山上的宝塔如画一般映入眼帘，月色朦胧之美，令人陶醉啊！ 由于酒店比较新，内部设施也非常好，床垫的软硬程度适中，卫浴分淋浴和盆浴两种，满足客户不同需求。 另外值得表扬的是，酒店在我外出归来后，贴心的送来了水果和牛奶，服务非常到位，无形之中让客人觉得很温暖。下次来杭州应该还会入住，我也会推荐给身边的亲朋好友！

我们定的豪华景观房，可不知道这景观是看什么？公共汽车站吗？还不如不要景观比较好。早上还很吵。再说这卫生，看着比较干净，可是窗帘一拉上，我的妈呀，巨型臭大姐，还有几只小虫子，对于我这种害怕虫子的真的是够够的了。主要虫子太恶心，请大家自行补脑照片吧，最后还是叫服务员来清理掉的。还有房间空气不太好，最后就是酒店附近没有便利店，很不方便，离西湖有2公里路程，算远的，不过离清河坊步行街和小吃街还算近，别的没有什么了。早餐没有去吃，因为虫子太多缘故早早就退了房。
