酒店软硬件没得说，都很好，对得起温德姆的牌子，就是门口周边有点杂乱。服务不错。有个小阳台对吸烟者是福音，房间比较大，设计比较人性化，唯一缺点是吧台灯和走廊灯没有单独开关，只能用总开关来关，关了后一边的插座就没电了，手机无法放房床头充电，这个比较郁闷，其他都还好。

位置好，靠近西湖断桥，步行五分钟，离购物商场也比较近。
服务好，入住和退房都比较快，碰见的工作人员都热情的跟我们打招呼。
住的房间还算大，有小阳台可以晒衣。
设施还算新，房间整洁，就是每天睡起来有身上有小包很痒。可能夏天有蚊子。
总体不错。

位置好，离西湖近，站在阳台上能看到西湖、保俶塔，附近有超市、夜市、新白鹿、武林路女装街，离地铁入口也不远。服务非常好，免费升级为湖景房，还允许延迟退房，入住感觉非常好！
