位置极佳，离西湖百步之近。附近吃饭方便，隔壁的新白鹿餐馆匪夷所思地实惠。唯一不满是晚上想让宾馆提供微波炉加热打包的饭餐服务，被前台和服务中心痛快拒绝。

不是很好的体验，入住的第二晚被床尾类似针尖的东西划伤小腿，当时血流不止，创口还挺大。打电话给前台后来了一位服务员检查了床尾说是订书钉？？？送来了几个创可贴和酒精棉球，便没有下文。酒店位置再好有用吗，服务理念跟不上，客户一样不会满意，入住过很多五星酒店，莫名其妙负伤还是第一次。
