入住这家酒店，看得出已经有点旧的感觉，可是进入大堂里面装潢不错，房间床还蛮大，舒服，卫生间干湿分明很干净，主要离西湖比较近，附近嘉里中心吃饭逛街也方便，整体非常满意。

房间面积还不错，卫生还过的去，位置离地铁站不算太远。因为是晚上去的，附近比较安静，比较适合睡觉休息

来杭州无数次，因为女儿喜欢沿着西湖暴走，所以每次基本都选在这附近的五星级酒店入住。温德姆是我们上次来杭州偶然结缘的店，在九井吃的饭看到那么高级的饭店，就想什么时候来住一下，哈哈这次成行了，事实证明，也确实物超所值。订的豪华房，没早餐，正好符合我们娘儿俩懒觉及外面觅食；这里的工作人员每个都笑脸相迎，从登记入住开始到每天的出入经过，感觉真的到了家一样，来的时候女儿有点发鼻炎，需要淡盐水洗鼻子，就问了前台能否问厨房要一点，没二话的，等我们进了房间后就送上了；而后的浴袍上带子忘给，阿姨也一再打招呼；我们住了三天，放的东西阿姨都帮我们归置整齐；这里的游泳池，女儿是流连忘返的；一切的一切都显示了这个酒店的实力和素质，下次再来肯定就选这家了，也不会再去比较其他酒店，真的好赞。
