朋友介绍的酒店，地处萧山湘湖景区附近，酒店很大，环境很好，空气清新，有山有水，有鸭有鹅，还有很多拍婚纱照的。服务员很热情，见面就会主动给你打招呼。办理入住的时候前台的服务员王辉还帮我们免费升级到了湖景大床房。很感谢～

酒店外部环境非常漂亮，内在设施有待提高！是看了别人的评价说是新酒店才订这家的。可是那床是两张拼起来的也太可小笑了。。瞬间拉低档次。

酒店环境优美，前台服务非常到位，带小朋友，希望是带淋浴的房间，马上帮忙升级到湖景房（原来是园景房），提出的问题也及时处理，还附送了湘湖的游船券，很贴心。下次还来！

超级惊喜的酒店，办理入住时定的豪华湖景房没有了，免费升级到行政湖景房，还赠送了亲子乐园的打卡票。可惜我们行程太紧没来得及去，窗外景色超美，非常适合亲子游，下次哪里也不去就在酒店宅着想来也是非常适意的，尤其感谢大堂招待小马，服务超级棒！
