第二次住在这家酒店，总的来说还是不错的，卫生干净，亲子酒店，有亲子活动棉花糖、农业采摘、沙画、儿童乐园。还可以喂天鹅，兔子、孔雀等等。

住宿环境和条件还不如四星的，还挂着五星级酒店，按五星标准收费。真不知道艺龙是什么审核的，只此一次，以后再也不会去了，希望其他人不要上当受骗了。

浴缸很多污垢，用自备的消毒水泡后一层脏污，不敢洗；自助餐不好吃，餐品太少……看见的湖景不是湘湖，湖不大而酒店内外康乐设施简陋，没什么好逛的；订的已经是位置最好的湖景房了——却真心性价比不高！！！

地理位置有些偏，停车位很多，酒店内景观还是挺雅致的，适合度假。早餐OK 比较满意。房间设施跟其他皇冠差不多。有个问题就是在这里，IHG会员要积分必须本人付款才可以，本人入住都不能积分，也是奇怪的，我在其他家IHG旗下酒店都是本人入住就可以积分的。

酒店总体不错，早餐的品种比较多，有小朋友喜爱的小型室内游乐场，打电话之后也及时送来小朋友的儿童拖鞋，儿童牙膏，服务都非常贴心，但是有两点问题，第一我住的房间到半夜一直有空调的空压机声，实在有点吵，第二周围没有任何买东西的地方只有到前台的bar买点水，至少建议酒店是否可以装几个自动售卖机方便顾客
