首次入住房间电路有问题，空调也不制冷，多次电话联系，服务人员才来处理，前门停车服务也欠佳，明明有空位也不让停，一定要停立体车库去。换房后房间正常。

总体还可以，位置优越、方便、舒适，离地铁很近，出了地铁5分钟就到了，工作人员的服务态度也很好，有礼貌，窗外可以看到侧湖景。不足的是房间小了点，房间的设施一般。
