离西湖很近，走路十分钟就到湖边了。周围有银泰和解百，吃饭也很方便。入住后房间空调噪声有些大，提出后总台及时地给调了房间，服务很好。虽然和北京新侨饭店不是同一家集团的，但也是G20接待酒店，规格和档次都够。

前台服务很不错，酒店设施也还不错只是没有配备健身房，另外靠着西湖如果有露天观景阳台就更好了，总之服务挺不错
