优点：酒店位置很好，出门就是银泰，走三分钟就是西湖。缺点：房间设施差，预定了行政房，给了间标房，进门走两步就到床边，卫生间很小只有一个人转身的空间。去前台换房间的时候前台回我这个楼层就是行政楼层，房间都是行政房。我说那你开个标房让我看看是什么样子的，和给我的房间有什么区别，马上二话不说给我换了间正常的行政房。
