酒店位置很好，出门五分钟就是西湖，楼下挨着商场，吃饭特别方便。就是酒店设施比较老旧，房间小，洗手间淋浴房都特别小。

服务一流。我们早上9:30到酒店，本想存好行李去玩，但我的同伴因胃痛需要休息，于是与前台商议希望立即入住。前台先生马上给我们办好入住手续，并安排客房服务打扫了一个房间，使我们很快入住。非常感谢🙏🙏酒店位置绝佳，距离西湖百米之内。楼下是高祖生煎，旁边是银泰商场，好吃好喝好玩。房间设施良好，很干净，而且下午两点之前退房。真的很棒！
