酒店跟干净，总台服务态度很好，打扫卫生的姐姐态度特别好，酒店位置很好，在杭州老城区，交通方便，出门就是公交站，离西湖很近，做公交车两站就到，离地铁一号线800米左右的距离，附近吃早餐购物都很方便，超赞，下回来还住这，我从来都不点评，也说了这么多

老式的酒店，位置优越，楼下就是知味观，前台服务态度很好，是我到杭州遇到最好的服务员。卫生也不错，附近就是居民楼，挺安静的，后面还有桃源眷村，周围有不少好吃的，对面就是银泰，去西湖不远，靠地铁站，下次有机会还是这家。
