房间很干净，酒店位置很好很方便，对面就是银泰。停车有专门工作人员带领。因为带小孩，服务员还特意升级大床房为2米的，很贴心。

这是一座老牌饭店了，环境、服务都很标准。房间干净卫生，环境寂静，住的比较舒服。饭店位置处于市中心，离武林广场很近，距离西湖也不远，离地铁站也非常近，交通很便捷，周围商服网点比较密集，餐馆很多，吃饭方便。
