前台一个女人态度很差，我要开发票，因为是机打发票，我要开抬头，她说不能，告诉我这样可以报销的。
这到底是什么酒店，连这最基本的常识都没有吗？
我全国，全球去过那么多酒店，我不知道吗？？？
态度恶劣，一遍又一遍告诉我没办法打抬头。

说实话如果是10分的话，我只能给3分，的确除了地理位置以外，没什么可以赞扬的，杭州的酒店水平，真的很差哦。
