我感觉环境还不错，地段很好，离西湖很近，唯一的设施比较陈旧，我刚酒店他们没给我安排豪华大床（本人是预订的豪华大床房间），房间里脏乱，我让换才给调换的，竟然欺骗我，房间对面就是棋牌室很吵闹

地理位置非常优越，离西湖“柳浪闻莺”景点很近，步行到吴山广场和河坊街5－10分钟，宾馆设施一般！
