酒店颜值非常高 洗漱用品也不错 公共区域很赞 餐厅餐品味道还可以 就是上菜速度有点跟不上 餐厅的服务也有点跟不上 体验中比较不满意的是咖啡厅的果汁超难喝 还巨贵！

酒店地处西湖深处 出门就是一个景点 非常漂亮 感觉比西湖断桥苏堤什么的好看多了 安静适合度假但确实出入不方便 除非自己开车 越是这种地方酒店就应该做好设施的配套 应该增加餐厅的数量和健身房等。房间很有设计感 早餐也很有特色 服务很好。

整体坏境可以，就是入住当天因为空调问题酒店经理有说送我一张酒店入住券，但是退房的时候并没有给我。也不知道是忘记了还是后来因为空调修好了而没给我。这个感觉不太好。

看到网红推荐，对泳池小船简直没有抵抗力、赶快定了一间，选的未央，带孩子不怕掉地上了哈哈，感觉中间铺上被子可以睡4个大人嘎，房间还有送的零食饮料。遗憾电视不能看汪汪队以及很多动画片。酒店的饭店不贵味道都不错，还可以在房间里吃。早饭也不错，中西都尝了，不够还可以要。景色就不用说了，大门对着就是九溪烟树，往上山走是龙井村，溜溜哒哒到处是景色。酒店里面只能自己来体验喽，小船一定要试试，要是看到有人翻船就更有意思啦哈哈，反正我是做好游泳的准备了还好我征服了它没翻嗯嗯。总结总之推荐你一定要来体验一下呦~
