环境没得说，自然是好的，装修设计也是花了不小心思的，但服务人员整体素质距离这个价格的民宿还有很大差距，距离自己开车去一定要从之江路进，有自己专用停车位。

地理位置是很好的，在山里很清净。散个步什么都很舒服。只是不要节假日去，上山路简直堵到没脾气，四周都是人，就破坏了酒店的氛围。内部结构都比较小资，细节处和服务都还不错。价格也不便宜

五一去的，除了门口会堵车，其他都很好，私人管家超帅，而且服务态度特别好，平时建议可以开车去，如果节假日，还不如走着快，从山脚下到酒店，距离还是有点远的

作为一枚网红酒店，颜值确实不错，但是说到服务的专业性和服务意识确实和同样价格的五星有差别。早餐不是自助，有中西两种套餐，味道不错，晚餐也吃了一顿，味道不错，材料很新鲜。住店客人，餐点可以到晚上九点。从杭州东打车过去一个小时作用。

进入酒店有段路非常狭窄，错车时要注意，酒店门口有停车位，酒店对面就是九溪烟树、十八涧，环境优美酒店内饰风格更是美上加美，太棒了
