窗外就是餐厅的泔水间，有味道。周围环境还不错，附近有浙大校内的湖--华家池，比较安静，网速也挺快，有浴缸。自助早餐有的时候很不错，15元但是比较丰盛，西瓜、橘子、蛋糕、鸡蛋、炒面、炒面、炒菜、稀饭、咸菜、牛奶或豆浆、果汁、包子、杂粮等。
但是有的时候品种就很少，甚至不提供早餐，我住了7天有2天没有早餐。另外空调不给力，冬季房间比较冷。餐厅中午、晚上点餐要加收5%费用。去西湖、火车站都要换乘一次，交通差点。
