周围环境还不错，可以看到浙大校内的湖--华家池，比较安静，网速也挺快，有浴缸。自助早餐有的时候很不错，15元但是比较丰盛，西瓜、橘子、蛋糕、鸡蛋、炒面、炒面、炒菜、稀饭、咸菜、牛奶或豆浆、果汁、包子、杂粮等。
但是有的时候品种就很少，甚至不提供早餐，我住了7天有2天没有早餐。另外空调不给力，冬季房间比较冷。餐厅中午、晚上点餐要加收5%费用。去西湖、火车站都要换乘一次，交通差点。

周边交通便利却又远离喧嚣闹市区，毗邻浙大华家池校区，可以漫步校园、观赏浙大学府。单人间除层高稍矮之外，陈设雅致、整洁。负责搞卫生的大姐很和气，见面都会笑眯眯打招呼。前台的服务也很客气。房间的单价网上预订价格适中。综述，不错。

三年前来杭州入住的就是圆正，交通很方便，离城站和东站都不远，酒店房间安静，价格也适中，就是打扫房间时更换物品更勤一点就更好了。
