门脸比较小，如果不注意的话，很容易错过，酒店没有电梯，房间面积不大，但是环境不错，床品很舒适，上楼需要在前台旁边涮卡，对于带大件行李的来说，不是很方便。

到店升级套房居然比网上订省钱。房间比较大，设施虽然有点老，但卫生蛮干净，性价比没得说。前台小姐姐，QQ糯糯的，招人喜欢。

环境还不错，位置也算市区了，坐公交挺方便。就是门牌真的很窄小。订的是套房，上楼那需要刷卡所以挺安全，没有电梯，前台小姐姐很热情态度很好值得表扬👍，离西湖坐公交也就十来分钟，主要住这边挺安静的。杭州真的是没有多少吃早餐的地方。

酒店在沈塘桥地铁站几百米，门面有点小，旁边是个药房，不注意很容易错过，我当时走了两遍才看到。卫生可以，性价比很高，去西湖的话推荐坐公交，5个站半小时就到了。隔音的话只要不太大声就还好。

房间地段很好，距离武林广场大約五分钟左右车程，性价比相当高，但建议店家把毛巾更换一下，色泽不是很洁白，而且已經发硬了

因为家庭出游选择离西湖进点，我们自己驾过去杭州，肯定选择有停车场酒店的，但是发现酒店没停车场的，经过工作人员与物业保安沟通后让我们停进隔壁小区内停车位，因为酒店和小区有打过招呼，住店客人免费停，但是我们退房出来物业还是硬收取了我们停车费，虽然20来块，但是酒店注明了是免费的，感觉在心里还是不舒服，虽然钱也不多！
