交通：离地铁站沈塘桥四五百米，离西湖动车站近，特别方便
卫生：没看出什么大问题
房间：挺大的，超级满意
安全：进门要刷卡
环境：双层玻璃，并没有出现其他评论吵闹的情况
当初选了很久，最后选择了这家，前台很耐心。以后再来杭州还是选这家。
不足：没有挂衣服的地方，厕所和房间有一道磨砂玻璃，刚刚入住的时候有点羞耻🙈
