位置很好，服务贴心，很安静，距离西湖和商业区很近，公交直达西溪湿地，灵隐，西湖，离地铁很近，不错的选择，下次还住这里。

酒店位置很好，离西湖很近，地铁也很近。步行至河坊街仅5分钟，属于闹中取静的环境；酒店设施、房间装修虽不太新，但还是很干净，就是感觉床有些高，我们北方人不太习惯；服务也不错，已经是第二次订了，第一次就是朋友推荐的；

原计划住3天的，房间小，特别是洗手间小到两个人在里面想转个身都困难，房间还特别昏暗，走到也是一样，没有Wi-Fi，还需要自己交押金领路由器，奇葩到家了

在杭州住了两天，第二天我们出去游玩，服务员来打扫房间，我们的东西都没动，但是屋子打扫得很干净。垃圾桶换了，卫生间的厕纸也换了新的，又放了两瓶矿泉水，太贴心了。离西湖很近，坐车三站就到了，楼下有超市，水果店，还有饭馆

酒店的环境不错，很漂亮，档次高环境好价格实惠，住过好几次了感觉很满意，以后还会来住的，酒店的位置离西湖也挺近的，去逛西湖也很方便，地理位置太好了，请的客户朋友也都很满意，非常开心还说以后会常来住的，赞
