行程改变需要取消订单，定的免费取消，酒店艺龙和中间商互相推诿，要扣除所有房费，协调了一个下午酒店勉强同意退一半，多次致电前台咨询，态度差。除了离浙大近，再没什么好处了。这家的限时免费取消坑、坑。早餐也不好吃，种类少的可怜，迟迟不见水果，牛奶水兑的一样。体验差。
