可以免费停车，有地下车库，早餐也非常丰盛，孩子很喜欢；居住条件非很好，设施、环境在附近都是最好的，就在浙江大学门口，家长们周末来这里看孩子的比较多，那么多酒店都常常订不到，这里条件很好，就是价格对普通家庭来讲，再优惠点就更好了。
