服务非常好，服务员王一玲、赵红梅、杜云霞的服务非常贴心。我外出回来床已经开好了，还送了我一本小人书，还给我留了留言小卡片，好温馨。后来又送来了水果，太惊喜了，完全没想到。真正的服务，体会到了。

太烂了，前台管理混乱，四五个人，分工不明确，其他酒店都是入住时确认发票信息，退房直接拿发票，这边还要等，而且开了发票连个信封也没有，
