前台服务很好，苏敏陈飞很周到，酒店疫情防空做的非常好，一进门就测体温看健康码，对酒店客人很负责。美女小姐姐还送了唱歌券，免费玩了三小时，非常感谢，下次来淮安还住淮安金陵国际，人特别好，房间还有水果吃，太开心了，总之就是好，很好，特别好，非常好，好到爆炸，??

位置好找，在翔宇大道和楚州大道交叉口，大厅宽敞明亮，前台服务态度很好，领班苏敏主动热情，前台吉雅红办理入住，招待细致，再说客房吧，房间说是装了净化器，空调打开就可以，感觉挺好的，人性化！总体来说在淮安入住首选

酒店离高速不远，有地下停车场，住店客人免费。酒店设施不算新，窗户隔音很不好，对面在建造商场，早上一早就开始施工，声音比较大，不适合爱睡赖觉的人。早餐一般般，能吃饱，对我来说有面就行。服务还不错

非常好的一次体验，硬件设施和软件服务都令人刮目，尤其前台的陈飞和居雨庭的服务可圈可点，耐心、周到、细致，给个大大的赞??餐食也不错，而且叫进房间，速度也很快??
