作为一家开元五星酒店 实在太差强人意 入住的那天淮安中午还是非常热的 酒店居然不开空调 400一晚在淮安绝对属于高端酒店了 竟然连基础设施都要省！前台说给我那个风扇 最后也没人拿来！只能大白天把窗帘全部拉上，开着灯用宣传册当扇子！！！第二天果断换地方

房间比较大，酒店的环境不错，湖景房有很大落地窗，可以看到酒店内的湖，风车，草坪，碰到几对新人在酒店举办婚礼。酒店设施齐全，距离市区有些距离，我们就在酒店吃的晚餐，酒店的自助晚餐还不错，螃蟹上市季节赠送两只大闸蟹，蟹肉蟹黄饱满。

服务很好，设施很齐全，一楼有健身设施，乒乓球室是个惊喜，泳池很大，深度1.3到1.6米。风景很好，背面是个湖，可以游船。酒店的自助餐很丰富。

酒店硬件设施好，风景秀丽，服务态度更好，货真价实。海鲜晚餐自助餐98.00/人，品种多，新鲜，货真价实，早餐也非常棒。特别是翟陈服务生服务态度好，帮我们免费升级湖景房，在疫情期虽要求每人戴口罩，看不到笑脸，但他主动热情服务、亲切关心的语音和语言，主动帮我们老人送行李到客房。让我们有回到家的感觉，下次再会来的喔，都酒店点赞，五星好评！

开元酒店很多地方都有，一直都是高品质的。这次出差去富士康，酒店靠富士康很近，出行方便，到了酒店就可以全景看见湖，行政房非常的宽敞干净整洁，洗浴用品都是品牌的，牙刷很柔软洗漱不伤牙，五星酒店的人性化管理很到位。出差选择好的酒店，住的舒心，办事效率都事半功倍！
