市中心最贵的五星，干净可以，设施可以，服务很差，隔音比较差，关闭所有门窗关闭的情况下隔壁的说话声，楼下的交通声。没有给住客预留停车位，导致停车紧张，停车引导员每次冲人大呼小叫，完全不是住五星酒店的感觉。

以后再也不会入住该酒店了，简直一塌糊涂，太气人了！退房前特地问了机场大巴几点走，礼宾处说5:10和5:30，最好提前20分到。我4:50就到了，等到5:11没办法，只好到前台再去问，得知只有5:00的车，让我打车去机场！这事儿我肯定要投诉！从来没有住过如此糟糕的五星级酒店！
