工作人员服务非常好👍，我把洗漱用品落在酒店浴室，联系工作人员后，帮我快递回家，还打电话告诉我快递单号！服务真的超好！而且入住酒店还非常幸运看到了彩虹🌈感觉自己太幸运了！酒店周围群山环绕，景色宜人，民风淳朴，有机会还会再来！

酒店占地面积很大，会议很多。房间较大，舒适，有阳台，景观好。位置佳，对面就是湿地公园。床很小，大概1米左右吧，是我住过酒店中最小的。现在很多酒店标间床都在1米3，大床一般2米。他这个就比较可怜了，太小了。床垫质量也比较差，坐下后会明显下陷。装修比较粗糙，味道特别大。既然定位在大酒店，就应该有相应的用心。能看出酒店管理没有提升，缺乏大酒店的舒适感，不够专业。其他都好，作为甘肃省内县城档次的酒店值得推荐，希望能真正提升服务品质，打造甘肃品牌和形象。
