开在县城里的五星级酒店，前台服务员能标准礼貌服务，我已经很满意了。酒店的规划和设计以及装潢可以说气势恢宏、极尽奢华了，非常喜欢大厅走廊的采光天窗设计，让人心里敞亮。可能是因为才开始营业的原因吧，房间配的日用品比较简陋,甚至没有咖啡，最后打客服电话询问也给送来了。自助早餐也比较简陋，有切片面包没有黄油和果酱。好好的地库不让停车不知道为什么，必须把爱车放外面风吹日晒的。刘家峡空气干燥，酒店铺着地毯房间就更干燥了，虽然备有加湿器但杯水车薪，作用不大。建议通过中央空调系统增加加湿功能。
