环境不错，设施也比较新两点建议，一是客服去温泉应该有室内通道，从酒店大厅出去再去温泉冷，二是底层房间厕所味浓，与酒店的等级和价格不符。

首先，酒店位置很好找，在古尔沟的闹市区，出门吃饭买东西都很方便；然后关于酒店，外观和园林看起还行，勉强支撑这个特具年代感的三星级酒店，其次内部卫生，设施设备可以说是我住过的酒店里面最差的，地毯非常脏，还有很多瓜子壳，墙面潮湿脱落，灯光昏暗，没有大灯，吹风也是坏的！没有热水，找酒店处理，一开始还让我们到楼上的空房去洗，难道我洗漱还要跑上跑下吗！最后还是换了一个房间！结果第二天早上也没有热水！
然后温泉，也是我泡过的最差的温泉，只有一个室外的中等池子，没有放衣物贵重物品的地方，池子人多水脏，水温也低！酒店提供的浴袍，还算干净，但是很破烂！
总之，此次整个元旦活动，体验感最差的就是这个酒店！非常差！第一次发表酒店评论，是因为真的强烈不推荐！

服务态度不错，管理混乱，硬件太老化，中央空调形同虚设，全靠电热毯，温泉就像下饺子，附近的酒店都来这里泡，听说源头已经被华美达承包，这个只是放下来的小水，早餐还行，自助形式！

反正和网上介绍的相差很远，温泉只开一个，我定的两间单间，去了给我的没有了，后又说只有一间，但住了单间还不如标准间，结果酒店是把标准间的又床去一个床就成了单间，嗨，反正有上当受骗的感觉！
