保安态度很差！当我表明已经办理了入住了，还是把人当贼一样吼来吼去，命令我把东西放这放那。不知酒店有没有给他们配训过如何对待客人，整个一居高临下！还是里面一个服务小哥好些。设备老化，晚上跳了两次闸，大冷的天没电就没电热毯，还是管楼层的藏族大姐好，来来回回的帮我扳电闸总算解决了

是我住过的最差的房间，没有之一，工作人员态度差，设施差，房间霉味太重了，卫生间门锁坏的，地毯感觉几百年没洗过，都是污渍和头发，电视机打不开，下水道堵塞，跟工作人员联系，对方直接说宾馆年代久，地毯从来没换过，他们也没办法，直接就把电话挂了，不知道所谓的三星级是怎么来的！！
