实在是忍不住吐槽，
1 喝了免费矿泉水，退房时告知要收费，后面说是服务员弄错了。
2 不小心在枕巾上染了点染发剂，随便要索赔，拿不出照价赔偿单。
3 前台服务态度恶劣。
如果不是因为时间关系，一定得讲讲道理了。
