酒店服务员态度差，打电话确认房间的时候没说完就挂电话，我打第二次才确认，房间热水壶坏了打电话要说第二天才能送，当晚就再没喝热水，卫生也不太好。停车场的工作人员态度好，我们早上六点多出发，帮我们挪车，指路。

停车场很窄但是在不收费的情况下酒店人员很用心协调，很不错。但是餐厅的服务水平很差。明明入住的时候前台告知早餐时间为7点半到9点半，9点去吃的时候很多菜都没有了，最基础的豆浆都没有了，问服务生，服务生理直气壮的回复：8点50就收餐了。肯定没有了！
