白天没热水，早餐还好，龙头出水很小，入住两晚，第二天打扫之后也不补回用品，也没什么好说的，碰到假期，加上陇南也只有这家还行吧

10月1日在艺龙订的2间标间(陇南金都大酒店)，由于高速公路堵车，在没有电话和短信通知的情况下，取消了我的用房，使我们一家人和发烧的3岁小孩在大街上等待近一个小时，最终酒店经理出面解决了一间高价单人间，最终由酒店解决了我们的住宿问题。打电话到艺龙51130号话务员，态度恶劣，把责任推卸到酒店和我，根本不管客户的安危，最后一句“我们不管”，就再无音信，著名的艺龙竟有这样的服务，店大欺客！

酒店还行吧！前台服务人员不够细致，我说订单早都确认，她不仔细看，最后才说看错了。太慢，应该去沿海发达城市的酒店去培训！
