酒店服务不行 不管客户死活 我一共定了4个房间 2个艺龙 2个马蜂窝。马蜂窝的房间因为酒店关系没有了，就和马蜂窝把我的房间取消了事，让我临时去找酒店，打客服各种推脱，不帮忙解决，让我们的旅游心情一下子落到了谷底。

服务很好，虽然停车场离客栈有很长一段距离，但是客栈会有人帮忙用电瓶车拉行李，环境超好，周围有一些清吧之类的，很喜欢这种氛围

要住的话一定要看清位置，它在里格半岛上，要环湖走20分钟才能到，房间很隐蔽，看不到湖，不是很干净，被子上有黑印，房间里设施也一般。
